My husband & I went to Douglass College and I was so pleased to learn they were affiliated with Biscotti Boy Sweets. My husband, an Italian-American male, was excited to learn they made cannolis. We went to the bakery and sampled their products. Their cookies are delicious and we chose the Italian cookies. My husband and I made a date to pick up cookies and choose our flavors. We met with Larry and told him our idea of a wedding cake with a cannoli stuffing and a cookie “sash” on top. He showed us a color photo of a cake just like what we wanted. The cookies were wrapped individually in plastic and tied with a ribbon made from their ribbon stock. When we got to our hotel room, the first thing we did was unwrap the cookies and eat them! They were great and very unique. We chose white cookie dough with a chocolate mousse filling for our cake. We chose the cookies as our favors. They were a huge hit and we gave out-of-town visitor’s cards to everyone! We were so pleased with our cannoli wedding cake and still get compliments on our “cannoli cookie” wedding cake! We would recommend Biscotti Boy Sweets to any bride & groom! Thank you Larry for helping us create a wedding cake that our guests would love!
