Buttercream Cakes and Catering is the absolute best of the best!!! Heather is an absolute pleasure to work with and produces the most delicious and beautiful cakes and cupcakes! We had a small wedding so we had a tasting box to try different flavor combinations and settled on red velvet, buttercream, and cream cheese frosting (YUM)! We also decided to do cupcakes instead of a traditional cake. We chose red velvet, carrot, spice, and vanilla and they were a huge hit! Our cake was out of this world! It was 4 layers and each layer was a different flavor! We also had cupcakes at the reception in the flavors we had as wedding cake flavors as well as chocolate covered strawberries! They were a huge hit and everything was incredibly beautiful! We had a naked cake, square cake, tiers that each had a different flower design, and ivory and red ribbons. Our wedding cake was perfect and looked even better than I had imagined! The cupcakes were gorgeous and the chocolate covered strawberries were a huge hit! I can’t rave about Buttercream enough! They are fantastic and I can’t wait to order more cakes/cupcakes from them in the future!!!
