The Cakery is the bakery to choose if you want the cake of your dreams. Their portfolio of cakes is extensive, and the staff was able to help us create the perfect wedding cake from a few ideas we had. They were very experienced and professional, and the cake was absolutely delicious. We had a 4-tiered cake, with a different flavor and filling in each. Plus cupcakes, minis, cannolis, and other yummies! Everything was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. This was the best wedding cake I’ve ever had (and not just because it was mine!). The price was very reasonable, and shipping wasn’t too bad. I would recommend The Cakery to anyone looking for a cake that is beautiful, delicious, and not overly sweet. Oh, and they were very easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend them!

I have to say, after the first phone call with Ashley I knew she was going to be our baker. I had a couple of reasons for wanting to work with her. She is incredibly nice, and I could tell was very experienced. She listened to all our ideas and gave her input, and gave the summary of what we had said. She then gave us the quote. I knew at that point we were going to work with her.

The most important thing to me was the taste of the cake. And her cake is just delicious. I know this isn’t the case for all baked goods, but her cake is seriously good. I have had quite a few cake makers over the years, and I have never had a cake that tasted as good as hers. She has quite a following in the area, and I believe its mostly due to her using good, all natural ingredients.

She was also very helpful to my husband with the design. He is my creative partner, and as I don’t really have a eye for this sort of thing, he needed to be sure the cake was what we wanted. She sat with him, listened to his ideas, and then sketched out what was going on in his head, and turned it into a drawing, which then became part of the final product.

We could then see she was just as experienced with the men’s roles as with the cake itself. The delivery was just as timed and set up as promised.

Overall I could not have been more pleased. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and all natural. She was helpful to my husband with the design, and the result was better than I could have imagined.

I would highly recommend her to anyone.
