Katie baked the best cake for my wedding, hands down! She is so easy to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. I live in Colorado and had to do everything via email. She would send me emails with different designs to choose from. I would send her a deposit and then a month or so before the wedding send her a check for the final amount. I never had to worry about anything. We had a wedding cake and then a grooms cake. The wedding cake was so beautiful and delicious! We had a four tier cake that had ruffles and red roses. The cake was white cake with lemon and raspberry filling. The cake was delicious and so moist!! My husband and I didn’t even get a piece of the grooms cake. The UFC (my husband is a huge fan) cake was so cool! A three dimensional cake that she made from a picture I sent her. It was so cool!! She went above and beyond. The cake is soo delicious. We had a chocolate cake with hazelnut and coffee filling. The cake was so good!! So delicious!! All of our guests loved the cakes. I can’t say enough great things about Katie and her cake. If you are looking for a wedding cake, Baked by Katie is the way to go!

I am an out-of-state bride and so relied on reviews to pick my baker. After reading the excellent reviews on Baked by Katie, I decided to reach out. Their team was responsive, friendly, and helpful. They asked all the right questions to help me decide on a cake size and flavor. My fiancé and I decided to do four flavors in four layers. The first three flavors were Black Bottom, Almond, and Lemon Blueberry. The final layer was reserved for a special flavor of my choosing. I picked Chai. The cake was moist, flavorful, and not too sweet. The flavors were blended so well that each bite satisfied your taste buds. We had so much cake left over, we were able to bring some with us on our honeymoon. Baked by Katie exceeded our expectations. The team was so helpful in the planning process, and we look forward to ordering our anniversary cake from them next year.
