We had a great experience with Baked and SCONCEed. We went in for a tasting and were able to try all of the flavors that we wanted. We loved all of the options so much that we ended up doing a dozen large pastries and a dozen smaller pastries. We did half of the large pastries chocolate cake with bavarian cream, and chocolate buttercream; and half of the pastries lemon with lemon curd and raspberry buttercream; and the same for the small pastries. For our main pastry we did a half chocolate half almond cake. We also had a special request for an amaretto flavored meringue buttercream for one of the flavors, and they were able to make that flavor for us. We had a few other flavors as well, but these were our top two choices. The cake was moist and flavorful, and the buttercreams were to die for. The presentation was beautiful, and they were very responsive and helpful. They make some fantastic cakes, and we were so happy with our choice!
