We used them for our wedding cake, groom’s cake and our wedding brunch. Everything was absolutely delicious and very affordable! The cakes were all exactly like the pictures we gave them, very professional! Our wedding cake was 4 layers, each layer with a different flavor and our groom’s cake was a round cake with pizza on top. They were very willing to make our cakes any shape we wanted! The brunch was also very good. We chose chicken, potatoes, and either waffles or french toast for $16. We got to bring all our own stuff to put on the table, free coffee and tea, and they brought eggs, pancakes, etc for only $3 extra per person. This was so cheap compared to other places!!! The food was really good and the service was really good! We will use them again for sure!!! Oh I also got my birthday cake there, yummy!

I had never tried wedding cake samples and I assumed they wouldn’t exist. Imagine my surprise when I walked into my wedding venue and saw samples from our venue’s wedding cake vendor along with samples from Brother’s! They were super easy to work with. We sampled 5 flavors (including a gluten free option) at our venue’s Bridal Room and picked our top 3. Not to be confused with the Groom’s cake, but the wedding cake, we then sampled at the Brother’s Bakery Cafe and picked our top 2. We wanted something simple but elegant, and they came up with a design that was perfect for us. It was a white cake with blue/violet decorations. Top that off, they’re cakes are AMAZING. I’ve been to a few weddings where the cake looked great, but tasted like a warmed up left over; this cake tastes fresh and home-made. They also have a lot of fun flavors. We picked cherry vanilla, honey vanilla, strawberry, and orange cream. For the icing, we went with the traditional buttercream butterscotch, which was not on the original list of options, but they had it available to us. We also picked a buttercream icing (not sure what it was called) with graham cracker crust.

They were available to us through our venue, so the price was a set fee per slice regardless of the number of guests. We paid that up front to them and they were good to go. We were able to pick up the cake ourselves and take it to our venue for cutting and serving. We had 2 layers of the cherry vanilla and 1 layer of the buttercream butterscotch.

The best part is that we get a small version of our cake on our 1 year anniversary! That way, we didn’t have to freeze a whole cake just to have on our anniversary; we could eat a little bit every year. Free cake for a year! Who wouldn’t like that?!? We plan on putting the top layer in the freezer after the 1 year, but we’re not sure if we’ll be able to resist eating it before then. It’s just so good!

I’d highly recommend this to anyone in the area.
