I’m so glad I found Anela’s! I tried several different cake places and I couldn’t find a good one. I’m not a big sweets person but I love cake! Their cakes are the best I’ve had. They have so many flavors and they’re all so good. They were willing to make us a small wedding cake and also make a sheet cake in the flavor we wanted. We had a semi naked cake with fresh berries and cream filling and a buttercream frosting. It was so moist and the frosting was great too! We also had a strawberry cake with a fresh strawberry filling and a cream cheese frosting. It was great! My husband doesn’t like chocolate at all and they made a choc cake with vanilla filling and a chocolate frosting for him. Both of those were good! We also had a gluten free bride’s cake with a raspberry filling and a cream cheese frosting. That was so good! They were willing to do a gluten free cake that tasted great! The price was great too! I highly recommend Anela’s!

We went to Anela’s Cakes after doing a few cake tastings elsewhere. I don’t know how they do it, but their cakes are absolutely divine! I tried the Mexican Spiced Pecan Dusted Honey Almond cake and it is to die for! I was able to get three flavors at a really good price and they were all to die for! I had a cake idea, a filling idea, and a decor idea and they took my idea and blew it out of the water! They are super creative and have great ideas! They aren’t afraid to try new things and they have ideas that I didn’t even think of! I was so excited after my first cake tasting that I went back and ordered another cake just so I could try more cake! They are very helpful, friendly, and super easy to work with! They also provided a beautiful sterling silver cake stand and delivered the cake to the venue! I could not be happier with my wedding cake and would recommend Anela’s Cakes to anyone!

I am the first to say I am not a fan of cake and Anela’s Custom Cakes was one of the main reasons I chose to do my wedding outside of the DFW area. I have been to other weddings and been to the cake after party and I just couldn’t stand the traditional, dry, tasteless cake. I heard about Anela’s from a friend and after listening to the rave reviews, I knew she had to make my wedding cake. Not only was my husband and I thrilled to have a delicious cake, but our guests were amazed at how moist and tasty the cake was. I had family calling me the next day asking for more cake, LOL! My Anela’s cake not only tasted great, but it was beautiful! Just as I had envisioned! I was skeptical at first when she said we didn’t have to freeze a layer, we could have it any day between now and the 12/11 anniversary. I am glad I didn’t listen to her and I am excited for our anniversary cake! I would choose Anela’s Custom Cakes over and over again! You won’t be disappointed!
