We used Ana’s Confections for our wedding cake, and I loved her. She helped us with ideas and with the amount of cake we needed for our guests. We went with her delicious flavors: guava with buttercream and white chocolate with Nutella.

For the design of the cake, I just sent her pictures from Pinterest and she replicated the cake perfectly. We chose a 3-tier cake and we had a small cake for us to cut at the wedding.

My only wish was that she was able to come to the wedding to do the cake tasting, but she told us not to worry and that she would have a little tasting for us when we contacted her about our wedding. :) She also had a lot of experience with weddings so she knew exactly how much to make.

I loved her cake and I loved her as a person. She is very sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

Oh my goodness, our cake was SO GOOD! We got white and chocolate with the Oreo buttercream filling, seriously the best cake I’ve ever had. We also had a fourth flavor (white with strawberry buttercream) but due to a quirk of baking, we ran out of that one. We originally had a small number of guests invited, and had hoped to do a small wedding cake and then get another cake later from Ana (so we would still have some cake for a while). Unfortunately covid happened, and we had to reduce the number of guests, which then required a small cake for the bridal party and family, and then a HUGE cake for the guests! We were so excited about it, so I sent Ana a message saying “Can we do this? Just so we have cake!” (I obviously didn’t tell her the size or price of the cake). She absolutely said yes, and then she made us a huge beautiful cake! It was perfect! It was a little more expensive than our small cake, but worth every penny!

I have had Anas confections on two other weddings that I have gone to and both times they were amazing. So of course, I knew that they would be a hit for me too! I had one bride who just loved the cookies and the other bride loved the mini cakes. So my wedding was a big dessert buffet with lots and lots of different goodies. So that is why I choose to have Ana make all of the desserts for my wedding. She made the most amazing, super moist and just the right amount of sweetness white cake, lots of fruit in different forms (mousse, filling, juice, etc) lots of cookies of all different shapes and colors. The list goes on and on. The best part is that even though she made so many different things for my wedding, they were all super easy to eat and they were all so delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend that you get all of your dessert needs from Ana! She is just amazing! P.S. we are still eating some of the left overs from the honeymoon :)
