        I did a cake tasting with Genesis Cakes and it was a blast! They were very professional, warm and helpful. I was able to take home a personal cake sample set and 6 cupcakes to taste. They were all delicious and it was very difficult to make a decision. I chose butter cream with chocolate mousse and it was absolutely amazing. I managed to keep it a secret from my groom for 3 weeks until the wedding. I was so excited and wanted to tell everyone but couldn't bring myself to tell him that I loved buttercream...so I told him I had a sweet tooth. He said he didn't care as long as the cake tasted good. 
                  On the wedding day I was in for a surprise. I had asked my florist for baby's breath to be incorporated with my loose bouquets. It was a HUGE HIT! Everyone said it looked like a cupcake. So if you're undecided, go with baby's breath! It was divine.
