Absolutely Edible Cakes & Catering is the BEST! When we first met with Jan, we knew she would be the one to do our wedding cake. She was so helpful in the planning stages, and was very open to all our creative ideas. Jan & her staff were always very friendly & accommodating. They set the bar very high, and we were extremely pleased with each and every dessert Jan’s catering company created for our event. The wedding cake was absolutely stunning to look at, and even better to eat! Her cakes are very moist, and the icing is delicious & not overly sweet. Everything tasted as delicious as it looked. Jan’s catering company created the most incredible desert bar you’ll ever see. Our guests are still raving about the quality, presentation, & the absolutely deliciousness of it all. There are few things in life that are as important as feeding your guests a good meal & dessert, and Absolute Edible Cakes & Catering knows what they are doing. When we decided on a wedding cake, we decided on the best!

Absolutely Edible Cakes and Catering is the BEST of the best. They are extremely professional and personal, and they make you feel like you are family rather than another customer. They are the first and last thought of mine in regards to my wedding. They hand delivered a DELICIOUS sample, and had a tasting in their store when I came back from San Antonio where I was married, to make sure that I would definitely be choosing them. They always replied to my emails in a timely manner, and they even went above and beyond to provide me with a speciality cake that I requested. They were so helpful and generous, that I even asked if they could provide a sample of something for my bridesmaids, and they did not refuse! The taste of their cake and their service is hard to describe, but once you taste and see it, its forever to life. I have never had a more delicious and beautiful cake in my life. I was literally in HEAVEN the day after my wedding with no regrets. I choose them for every special event in my life, and I could not be happier that I get to keep them as a customer for all of our events! THANK YOU!

Absolutely Edible Cakes and Catering is the BEST of the best! From our first email contact, to our consultation, to our Wedding Day, Jennifer and her team were so helpful and caring; they truly have a passion for what they do and are so talented!!! We had a great consultation and the cake samples were delicious!!! We had a small cake for my husband and I to cut at the wedding, and then cupcakes for our guests. Each cupcake was so unique and special to us, and how special it is, when not a single cupcake was left at the end of the night!!! The food and cakes were so good that our guests were asking for more! Our wedding was a destination wedding in Puerto Rico, so this year, to our wedding anniversary, we had cupcakes delivered to us, again, in Puerto Rico!!! How sweet of them!!! The staff here is simply the best, the cakes are to die for, and their menu is so helpful in helping you plan your event; they truly love what they do and it shows in their work and their heart!!! I highly recommend them for any event, and this year, we had the pleasure of having them as our wedding vendors in two different locations!!! I was so happy with the service and how they made my wedding planning a breeze!!! Love love love this place!!!
