For our wedding, we decided we wanted a smaller cake, and we wanted to have cake buffet style. I called Arlissa and spoke with Theresa, who helped me come up with a cake design and flavors. I was able to come in and taste many of the flavors and look through a huge book of cake designs. Our cake buffet ended up looking gorgeous! We were so excited to be able to have our favorite cake flavors at our wedding. Every flavor of cake we tried at the tasting was delicious! We ended up getting Red velvet, Southern pound, and Chocolate Guinness cakes, and all of them were amazing. The cakes were so moist, and the flavors were amazing. I highly recommend going and trying the cakes before you decide on flavors for your wedding. It was so hard to only pick three flavors to have for our wedding! We ended up choosing Red Velvet, Chocolate Guinness, and Southern pound. I was also able to get a cake for my husband that was gluten free, and he loved it! It was a lemon cake, and it was so delicious. Our cake buffet ended up looking gorgeous and being one of the most exciting parts of our wedding. We got so many compliments on the cake flavors! I would highly recommend getting a cake that is gluten free, as there are so many flavors to choose from. I cannot wait to have our cake again on our one year anniversary!
