Barb’s is my favorite bakery ever, so I knew I had to use them for my wedding cake! I had a consultation at the shop with Sue, who is SUCH a sweetheart, and she totally got me, as a very indecisive bride, everything about my cake. I left SO excited. Then, I put off deciding what flavor cake I wanted because EVERYTHING was SO GOOD! I didn’t want to decide. So, I put in my order for a 3-tiered cake with a different flavor on each level. Then, about 2 weeks before the wedding, I had a brainstorm. I wanted a GORGEOUS cake topper, just something simple and elegant. So, Sue found this BEAUTIFUL silver cake stand that just fit in perfectly with my idea of a simple and elegant cake. I was in HEAVEN! Then, the day before the wedding, we figured out how we wanted the cake decorated. White buttercream frosting, with a simple white design. Just perfect. So, the next day, I got the most DELICIOUS and GORGEOUS cake ever!!!! I couldn’t wait to eat it. I was so excited. It was SO GOOD that I ate my piece in 2 bites it was so yummy (and I’m not even a cake person). It was the most delicious wedding cake I had EVER had! Then, on the wedding day, we got to cutting our cake and blew out this AMAZING bubble gum pink cloud that looked fabulous! The cake was the most delicious EVER, and it was so beautiful. It was all just perfect. I could not have asked for more. Barb’s is my go-to bakery for everthing!

Barb’s Bakery made my wedding cake for my wedding on June 8, 2019. It was a pleasure to work with Michael and Barbara. They provided me great options and made the process very simple. The cake looked exactly how I wanted it to look and it was delicious. We chose three flavors for the cake: chocolate with chocolate ganache, chocolate with raspberry filling, and chocolate with hazelnut filling - all covered in buttercream. I was very flexible with the flavors that I wanted and the fillings that I wanted. It was very easy to communicate with them via email and by phone. They were very reliable and professional. It was nice to know that they would get the cake to the venue on time. The cake was moist, flavorful and not overly sweet. I highly recommend working with Barb’s Bakery for your wedding or any event. I will definitely be using them in the future for events that I will be hosting.

Barb’s Bakery is my go to for all things sweet. I knew that when they made the cake for our wedding that they weren’t just making a cake for me, they were making a cake for the both of us! I was excited for him to try my favorite flavor of cake and cupcake. His favorite is Carrot Cake and mine is Coconut Key Lime. We both loved it! He was kind enough to eat 2 of my cupcakes that I brought along just for him. We both loved the other flavors of cupcakes we had as well.

They were very easy to work with and made the cake look exactly as I had wanted. They were very professional and were able to make our cake the day before our wedding at a different location than the one we had originally used. We were able to rent a cake stand for the day as well.

Overall, the cake was even better than I had remembered it! My husband loved it and so did all of our guests. It was all delicious!
