Blis was the first bakery we went to for our wedding and we did not have to look any further. Their cake was amazing and they offered exactly what we wanted in a cake and the price was amazing. Our cake was three tier, butter cream, vanilla with fresh strawberries and champagne custard. It was to die for. We also had cupcakes that were lemon with custard and vanilla with fresh strawberries. We went crazy with the cupcakes because they were that good. We also had a dessert bar with brownies, chocolate covered pretzels, fresh pineapple and more. We had a little bit of everything and it was perfect. They even made our cake topper and gave it to us at the beginning. I will never go to another bakery for anything. Their customer service is perfect and the bakery is amazing. I can’t wait to eat our cake in a year. It might not last a year.

I wish I could post a picture of the gorgeous wedding cake that my daughter and son-in-law requested for their wedding. But I will describe it - a four tiered cake with each level a different flavor. The bridal cake was a naked cake with mango and guava filling. The groom’s cake was chocolate with chocolate chip and strawberry shortcake filling. Both cakes were beautiful. And the cake was so moist. My daughter, the bride, chose the flavors and the design and requested that her wedding topper be chocolate with a layer of raspberry. The baker did not have that flavor available, but offered to make it for her. She and her husband decided to have it after their wedding, and they asked that I pass on their thanks to the baker. It was a sweet gesture, and I know they were thrilled with their cakes. Bliss Bakery is a wonderful place to go for any kind of cake.
